Keep an organized inventory of the most frequently used Termbases

You can store an inventory of Termbases with dates, times and direct links to the actual Termbases. This is done automatically every time you open and close a Termbase.

This module has several clever functions:

  1. Compact and repair the selected Termbase in the list (Note: this is an experimental feature).
  2. Counter of items in the list. It can be reduced to 50 items by double-clicking.
  3. Open a Termbase in Tb-Scout v3.3 by selecting it from the list, then pressing Enter or clicking on the OK button.
  4. Open a Termbase in a particular version of MultiTerm. Which one? The one you selected in the main form.
  5. Click to open the folder where the selected Termbase is located.
  6. With this list itself you can apply three functions: a) open different objects, as indicated above in 3, 4 and 5; b) click on an item and see the full Windows path by hovering (shown also at the same location of element 8). Additionally, you can see the time when the Termbase was last opened next to the item selected; a Termbase name may appear repeated to indicate different times even within the same date; c) press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking any item to delete it (no confirmation), as another way to control the length of this list.
  7. Click to export the history list to an external text file which will be named
    "Tb-Scout v3.3 history [date and time].txt" (see 8).
Any file exported will always be located where Tb-Scout v3.3 was installed.
  8. To see the list created in 7, above, double-click this blinking label to open the file location.
